i was doing my rounds somewhat around 1am when one of my patient was complaining of not feeling well. sign and symptoms shows that his blood sugar is down again. his sugar is 51 when i did the accucheck so i gave him orange juice mixed with "4" small pack of sugar and a cup of apple sauce. before i went on my break, i told my cena that the 4 sugars will put his sugar up, and i'll check his sugar as soon as i come back from my break.

an hour after the patient is still not feeling good. i went to ask ramil for some sugar so i could mix it with orange juice. he said "i don't have one". I said" yes you do, i just took 4 pack an hour ago from your cart.you still got 2 pack left in your cart." he replied"that ain't sugar. it was salt".

we checked the trash can and he was right. i mixed 4 pack of salt to a cup of orange juice and gave it to my patient. no wonder he kept pushing the orange juice away from me when i gave it to him.
